Our warehouse is located outside the EU to keep costs down in our online store. This means that your order will be shipped from a non-EU country, and you as the customer are responsible for any customs duties and import VAT.
FUR STOCKHOLM does not cover customs fees, import charges, or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
You can easily track your order via the text message you will receive from DHL.

FUR STOCKHOLM offers a 14-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your package.
For international orders (outside Sweden), you as the customer are responsible for the total return shipping cost.
We will email you a return label. A return fee of 149 SEK will be deducted, and any customs fees you paid upon arrival will not be refunded.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value if the product is returned in a diminished condition.
Your refund will be issued within 3–4 business days after we receive your returned package, using the same payment method as your original order.
If your return is received after the 14-day return period, we reserve the right to issue a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund.

After approval via email, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
We will send you a return label that you should print and attach to your package before sending it back.
Once we receive your return, we will send you a replacement item.

All customers receive tracking information and delivery notifications.
If you do not collect or accept your order, the package will be discarded by the shipping carrier, and no refund will be issued.
