TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER:

When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding your products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at [email protected].

PRICES:

All prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish Krona) and are exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors, or incorrect information, and to make price corrections when necessary.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS:

Our supplier inspects all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, remedy the issue at no cost to you.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. We will determine whether the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.

Complaints should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered to [email protected], or by calling us at +46 73 085 49 13.

Any manufacturing defects must always be reported to [email protected]. Please include your order number and a description of the issue in your email.
If we are unable to correct the problem or deliver a new product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the product is not defective under applicable legislation.
In case of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or delivery failures from suppliers.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for product changes or characteristics altered by the manufacturer or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out.
We do not guarantee that the product images accurately represent the exact appearance of the items, as color differences may occur depending on monitor settings, photo quality, and resolution.
We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

PERSONAL DATA:

By shopping at FUR STOCKHOLM, you accept our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data.
We care about your privacy and only collect the information necessary to process your order. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties without legal grounds.

FUR STOCKHOLM is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed in order to manage your order and, if you have opted in, to send newsletters or promotional offers — allowing us to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

Below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data refers to any information that can directly or indirectly be linked to a physical person.

WHAT DATA DO WE STORE?

To process your order and respond to inquiries related to it (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it — for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with legal obligations such as the Swedish Accounting Act.

LEGAL BASIS:

When making a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill our contract with you.
Marketing, promotions, and similar communications are only sent with your consent.

PAYMENT PROVIDERS:

When completing a purchase, certain information is shared with our payment provider. Stored data includes first and last name, address, email address, and phone number.
If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal ID number is also stored by the payment provider.
This information is used to process the purchase and protect both parties against fraud.

Our payment provider is Klarna.

To deliver your orders and fulfill our contract, we must also share specific information with the shipping company. Shared data includes your name and delivery address; your email and/or phone number may also be shared for delivery notifications.
Our shipping partners are DHL and FedEx.

YOUR RIGHTS:

  • Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you.

  • Right to rectification: You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Right to be forgotten: You may request that we delete your personal data at any time. Exceptions may apply if the data must be retained to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., under the Accounting Act).

DATA PROTECTION RESPONSIBILITY:

FUR STOCKHOLM is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that regulations are followed.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA:

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS encryption and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and transmit sensitive information such as personal data and passwords.
We use the Shopify platform.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
Continued use of the website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Customers residing in another EU country can file a complaint online via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We follow decisions made by ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
